Kathryn Wright, DOKathryn Wright, DO, assistant professor of pediatrics at Wayne State's School of Medicine, is director of the Adolescent HIV Program at Children's Hospital of Michigan. She has been listed in the Guide to America's Top Pediatricians and the Best Doctors of America. Dr. Wright co-chaired the Adolescent and HIV Special Interest Group for the Society of Adolescent Medicine and was an NIH Grant Reviewer in Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV/AIDS. She won the Community Service Award from Affirmations Ferndale, and was named the Alternative Girls Role Model in 1995. Dr. Wright received her bachelor's degree and doctor of osteopathy degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz, completed a pediatric residency with Children's Hospital of Michigan and an adolescent medicine fellowship with University of Washington, Seattle.
