Philip J. Leaf, PhD

Philip J. Leaf, PhD, is the director of the Johns Hopkins Center for the Prevention of Youth Violence and the co-director of the Center for Prevention and Early Intervention. He is a mayoral appointee to the Baltimore City Local Management Board and is collaborating with a number of state, city and community programs on violence prevention and youth development activities.
